We are making BIG CHANGES, and we are eager to see what the Lord has planned!
To explain, I must begin with at least an abbreviated personal note.
Since arriving back in Southeast Asia a few years ago, we began reconnecting with the body of Christ and moving forward. Unfortunately, our youngest son was struck by an autoimmune response through COVID. It has been difficult for us as a family as we managed the stress of his condition the past 22 months. Recently, however, Jeremiah’s condition has been improving and we slowly see his health being restored.
While I continued ministering in Singapore during this “slow-time,” the Lord has not been silent. As we also now continue to recover as a family, the mission and vision for The Nations Hope is clearer and stronger than ever. Therefore, we need to make changes in the way we communicate and connect. In effect, we will be building a platform for gospel distribution and Discipleship 101.
To explain generally, media will be a core component moving forward as we translate the gospel in such a way that Jesus is revealed in our lives; in the midst of personal circumstances. We will communicate with a segmented approach to our city; allowing us to grasp the reality of God’s love and comprehend Christ more personally.
Gatherings and events will recommence in a significant way. In Singapore, these may become simple affinity groups and/or fellowships that foster spiritual growth. Similarly, work on a complementing discipleship experience will make it possible for new believers to grow confident in knowing Christ.
In the near future, we also look forward to returning to our city-wide outreaches and equipping church leaders. For now, however, I wanted to share we are returning with renewed confidence and vision.
Let us lift our eyes to see what the Lord is doing and proclaim His goodness together!
